The My360Agents SMS Notification Program provides users with business-related text messages including:

  • Follow-ups related to inquiries
  • Customer support communications

    Message frequency varies depending on user interaction and service activity.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message.

Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the messaging program after opting out, sign up again through the original opt-in method used (website form, booking form, service registration, or keyword opt-in), and we will resume sending SMS communications.

4. Help Instructions

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance.
